Sundial House
Point Reyes, CA
We designed this house, on a bluff, adjacent to a Wildlife Habitat,
for an energetic and playful client. This client wanted visual
access to the ever-changing and entertaining wildlife, and shelter
from the strong western wind. The fenestration blurs the separation
between the indoor and outdoor spaces, capturing the breathtaking
view, which the client can enjoy from every room inculding
the third floor roof-deck. The simplicity of the finish materials
accentuate the beauty and flow of the sculptural shapes of the
structure.
